5/08/2008: A new batch will be mailed next week (25 packages), my Auntie made 12 of them and the others came from work. Thank you to everyone!

p.s. I have two more bars of soap for one more washcloth package. Know what that means? It means we after one more washcloth has been packaged up, we will have contributed 50 washcloths. You make my heart sing, thank you.

This is a close up of some of the washcloths received from the women at work. :-)

Trying a little creative photography…I think I’ll buy a photography for dummies book, ha ha!

The dozen from  my Auntie. They’re smaller than the others but I thought they would be perfect for the children who reside at the residence – don’t you think?

3/16/2008: Here’s another washcloth, made by yours truly (finally)!

3/8/2008: First batch of washcloth packages, there are 19 in total. I’ve got one myself on the needles in a peach color, my yellow one ended up all snagged so I frogged it. Enjoy the pictures!

Here are washcloths made by Barb from Minnesota (the first 4) and one made by Kim from New Jersey. Thank you to both of you!!

Here is an example of a washcloth that CP just finished – super easy!  This was done using Rowan Handknit DK (100%) Cotton in a simple basket weave pattern on a size 6 needle.  The stitch pattern comes from Vogue Knitting, The Ultimate Knitting Guide book – a.k.a. “the Bible.”
